Baltic Post to be merged into Lithuanian Post

Baltic Post, a subsidiary of Lietuvos Pastas (Lithuanian Post), is being merged into the state postal company as part of a reorganization that is planned to be completed in July.

Baltic Post operates a chain of 143 LP Express self-service parcel terminals in 46 cities and towns.

Lietuvos Pastas purchased Baltic Post from the transport company Kautra for 2.9 million euros in 2012.

Baltic Post's revenue jumped by 14.9 percent in 2017 from 2016 to 7.28 million euros.
