Bank of Latvia issues electronic money institution operating license to Paytegra

The Supervision Committee of the Bank of Latvia has issued an electronic money institution operating license to company Paytegra, as the central bank’s representatives informed LETA.

The license grants the right to issue electronic money and offer payment instruments.

Paytegra was registered in July 2024, the company’s share capital is EUR 350,000, according to Firmas.lv. Paytegra belongs to company CI2, which in turn is owned by Aigars Ceruss via Cerus Investment.
