Board of Lithuania's central bank gives consent to reorganisation of bank Finasta

On 18 August, Šiaulių Bankas received a notification from the Bank of Lithuania stating that its Board had passed a resolution endorsing the reorganisation of the bank Finasta AB which will be merged with Šiaulių Bankas AB.
