Environment minister says Lithuanians too timid about renovating their ageing houses

Lithuania's Minister of Environment Kęstutis Trečiokas says that the major obstacle for the the ongoing campaign to renovate decrepit and energy-inefficient residential buildings is people's mentality and passivity.
