The European Union must continue to provide funding for the decommissioning of the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) as Lithuania is not capable of financing the project on its own, Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis said ahead of Thursday's meeting with EU Budget Commissioner Guenther Oettinger.
