Lithuanian railway co plans routes to Daugavpils, Latvia

After closing the route to Moscow, Lietuvos Geležinkeliai (Lithuanian Railways, LG), the state-run railway company, plans on launching a passenger train to the Latvian city of Daugavpils. The company's spokesman said LG was ready but had to wait for the final approval from Latvian railways.
