Novaturas takes over Aurinko operations in Estonia

Lithuanian company Novaturas, the leading tour operator in the Baltics, is taking over the operations of Aurinko, a travel agency owned by Finnair, in Estonia from the start of next year.

Novaturas will fulfill the obligations for the tourists, travel agencies and airlines for the winter season from January to April 2020, the Lithuanian company announced via the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange.

The agreement was signed by Novatours, Novaturas group's company in Estonia, and Aurinko which announced its plans to exit the Estonian market earlier this year

Novaturas' shares are quoted on the Vilnius and Warsaw Stock Exchanges.
