The fight from Dortmund is scheduled to arrive at 6:50 p.m. and is to depart back to the German city at 7:20 p.m.
The service will be operated on Tuesdays and Saturdays, Lietuvos Oro Uostai (Lithuanian Airports), the operator of Lithuania's three international airports, told BNS.
Vilnius Airport currently offers direct flights to Oslo, Riga, Tallinn, Frankfurt and Dortmund, with flights to the Dutch city of Eindhoven set to resume on Tuesday.
Wizz Air has also resumed its regular flights from Kaunas Airport to Eindhoven and the Norwegian cities of Alesund and Bergen.
