Poland's refusal of Astravyets N-plant electricity a key signal to Lithuania

The statement by a Polish governmental official that the country would not buy electricity from the Belarusian Astravyets nuclear power plant (NPP) sent an important signal to Lithuania, says Lithuanian political scientist Andzejus Pukšto.
