President signs Labour Code into Law: here are the main changes

Lithuania's President Dalia Grybauskaitė on Monday signed the new Labour Code and accompanying amendments into law, the President's Office said. Last week, the parliament overrode the presidential veto and kept the liberal version of the Labor Code it had adopted in June. The new code and the social model package will take effect at the start of 2017.
