The state budget's revenue stood at 4.388 billion euros, which was 2.2 percent, or 92.1 million euros, more than planned. The state budget's tax revenue stood at 3.968 billion euros, or 1.5 percent, or 57.6 million euros, more than it was planned.
VAT revenue stood at 1.842 billion euros, which was 1 percent (18.8 million eruso) less than estimated. The Finance Ministry said the ongoing return of VAT overpayments to tax payers was behind the lower VAT revenue.
737.7 million euros was collected for all excise goods, 3 percent (21.5 million euros) more than planned.
Corporate tax revenue collections were 1.3 percent (5.7 million euros) higher than planned, standing at 450 million euros.
The state and municipal budget's residential income tax revenue amounted to 1.568 billion euros, 3.9 percent, or 58.2 million euros, more than planned.
The 2019 revenue, excluding EU funds, is expected to stand at 8.668 billion euros, and 10.59 billion euros, including EU funds.
