The fate of the factory in Klaipėda: interview with the Vice President of the first foreign investor in Lithuania

The first foreign investor entered Lithuania in 1993. It was Philip Morris, a manufacturer of tobacco products. According to the Investors’ Forum, the company has contributed just over €2 billion to the budget over the last 10 years. The company itself claims to have invested €400 million in Lithuania over the last 30 years.
