Millions of people in northern Italy were placed under quarantine on Sunday to contain the spread of the new virus in the country.
Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte decided to restrict movement in large northern areas, including Milan and Venice. The decision will affect over 15 million people and be in place until April 3.
