Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly urges Belarus to suspend N-plant construction

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) called on Belarus to suspend the construction of its Astravyets nuclear power plant in a resolution adopted on Tuesday.
