Artistic director of Lithuanian Song Celebration receives award for inspiring community

At the final concert of the Song Celebration in Vingio Park, Minister of Culture Šarūnas Birutis presented the badge of honour "Carry Your Light and Believe" to Vytautas Miškinis, composer, artistic director and chief conductor of the Song Celebration.
