Formin calls for immediate removal of memorial plaque to Noreika

Foreign Minister Linas Linkevičius calls on authorities to take down a memorial plaque to Jonas Noreika, a Lithuanian military officer known as Generolas Vėtra (General Storm), over his collaboration with the Nazis.
