The Lithuanian Education and Science Ministry has unveiled a university network reorganization plan that calls for merging all universities in the country's second-biggest city of Kaunas and dividing the Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences (LEU) between Vilnius University (VU) and Vytautas Magnus University (VDU).
