Min of Social Affairs to involve NGOs, local Govts in efforts against poverty

Lithuania's new Social Security and Labour Minister Linas Kukuraitis pledges a higher degree of inclusion of non-governmental organizations, local governments and local communities in the efforts to settle social issues.
