The Lithuanian Basketball Federation (LKF) sees no alternative to the International Basketball Federation (FIBA), LKF president Arvydas Sabonis said after the federation decided to suspend clubs playing in the Eurocup tournament organized by Euroleague from participation in official basketball matches.
