Defmin hopes there won't be incidents during Putin's trip to Kaliningrad

Lithuanian Defense Minister Raimundas Karoblis expects that there will be no incidents as Russian Vladimir Putin will fly to Russia's Baltic Sea exclave of Kaliningrad on Wednesday.
