Candidates for NATO chief likely to be named in Vilnius, defmin says

Names of potential candidates to head NATO will become clear in the Vilnius summit in July, the national defence minister says.

No specific personalities are currently being discussed, he said.

“Apparently, this is what the Vilnius summit will talk about. It is not discussed at the moment, at least in the formats in which I participate,” Arvydas Anušauskas told the LRT public radio on Thursday.
