Driver is fined and loses license after near hit-and-run at Vilnius Pride Parade

A driver who nearly hit pedestrians when he deliberately crossed a street that was closed off for Vilnius Pride Parade earlier in July has been fined EUR 225 and lost his driver’s licence for a year for reckless driving.
