EU foreign policy chief cannot be "pro-Kremlin" - Lithuanian president in Brussels

The European Union's (EU) foreign policy chief cannot be “openly pro-Kremlin,” Lithuania's President Dalia Grybauskaitė says. Grybauskaitė is Saturday attending an EU summit in Brussels, which should focus on the Ukraine crisis and heads of institutions. Italy's Foreign Minister Federica Mogherini is listed as the most likely candidate for EU foreign policy chief.
