Finance minister to return nearly EUR 14,000 to Kaunas city municipality

Finance Minister Gintarė Skaistė says she has decided to transfer nearly EUR 14,000 to the Kaunas city municipality after finding out that she could not justify some of her expenses as Kaunas city councillor.

The minister said she spent the weekend analysing bank statements and reviewing data for the last municipal council term 2015-2016.
