Foreign Minister Linkevičius calls for tougher sanctions and arm embargo against Russia

Lithuania is calling for immediate tightening of sanctions, starting with an arms embargo, against Russia following the Malaysian Airlines plane crash which was likely caused by a surface-to-air missile launched by pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine, the Baltic country's Foreign Minister Linas Linkevičius said on Monday.
