Foreign Minister: sustainable peace unimaginable if masterminds of aggression against Ukraine escape justice

The 21st Session of the Assembly of States Parties (ASP) to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) opened on 5 December at the World Forum Convention Centre in The Hague, the Netherlands.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis addressed the Assembly in a video message filmed in Kyiv, Ukraine. He said the ICC was among the first to react to Russia’s unprovoked aggression against Ukraine and Russia’s complete disregard to the most basic international norms.
