Formin doesn't think Moldova, Bulgaria elections bring political change

After pro-Russian candidates won the presidential elections in Moldova and Bulgaria, Lithuania's Foreign Minister Linas Linkevičius does not yet see a threat of major changes in the countries' foreign policy course.
