German, Lithuanian land force commanders sign letter of cooperation

Brigadier General Valdemaras Rupšys, the commander of the Lithuanian Land Force, and Lieutenant General Joerg Vollmer, the chief of staff of the German Army, have signed a letter of mutual cooperation, the Lithuanian Defence Ministry said on Thursday.
