#HugABrit: Vilnius mayor and British expats urge Britain to vote to 'remain' in the EU

As British voters are hitting the polls this month to decide whether the United Kingdom should remain in the European Union, the city of Vilnius has started a campaign encouraging Brits to vote to remain.
