ICC may soon issue arrest warrant for Lukashenko, says deputy justice minister

Deputy Justice Minister Gabija Grigaitė-Daugirdė has welcomed the recent decision of the Prosecutor General’s Office to open a pre-trial investigation into alleged transfers of Ukrainian children to Belarus.

“This is further proof that Lukashenko has been involved in the aggression against Ukraine from the start. And this is just one more episode which confirms that his criminal accountability should and will also be imminent,” Grigaitė-Daugirdė told reporters on Monday.
