Latvia will resume limited acceptance of visa applications from citizens of Russia

Following an assessment of the security situation and consultations with the neighbouring countries and regional partners, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia resumes a limited acceptance of visa applications from the citizens of Russia at Latvia’s diplomatic and consular missions abroad as from 4 July 2023, the MFA has announced.
