Lithuania's defence minister: Tutkus' influence won't affect decision on AFV purchase

Lithuania's Defence Minister Juozas Olekas has denied statements made by director of the Lithuanian Defence and Security Industry Association, Lieutenant General Valdas Tutkus, who has said that the decision on specific infantry fighting vehicles had been made a year ago.
