Lithuania’s energy infrastructure is safe, minister says after Balticconnector incident

Finland and Estonia have reported that gas pipeline Balticconnector connecting the two countries was shut down on Sunday due to a gas leak and it is believed that damage was caused deliberately by external activity. Following these reports, Lithuania’s Minister of Energy Dainius Kreivys stated that Lithuania’s energy infrastructure is safe.
