Lithuania will continue providing military aid to Ukraine in 2023

Lithuania’s military aid to Ukraine will continue in 2023 with the Ministry of National Defence identifying six key assistance pillars.

Acquisitions will be an important part of military assistance to Ukraine, including contribution to the international fund for support to Ukraine, which is dedicated to financing heavy weaponry purchases. Military assistance will also incldue transfer and repair of weaponry and military equipment, military training, rehabilitation of soldiers, expert support in the area of defence reforms and strengthening of cyber security.
