Lithuanian army chief: We will consider conscription, if we don't attract enough volunteers

Lithuania plans to double the number of young men enlisted to undergo basic military training next year. And if the necessary target of volunteers is not met, the chief of defence of Lithuania does not discount the possibility of suggesting to politicians to restore conscription.
