Lithuanian diplomats consult foreign partners over 'Magnitsky list'

The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry is consulting foreign partners on the names of Russian officials to be blacklisted over corruption, money laundering or human rights violations after the country's parliament passed the so-called Magnitsky law.
