Lithuanian formin expects US to make Russia keep to nuclear weapons treaty

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevičius expects that the United States will force Russia to adhere to a bilateral treaty banning intermediate-range nuclear missiles after Washington last week threatened to withdraw from the pact.
