Lithuanian leaders call MH17 crash "brutal act of terror"

Lithuania's Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius says that the responsibility for the Malaysia Airlines plane crash in Ukraine also falls upon suppliers of weaponry to armed militants in the region. Meanwhile President Dalia Grybauskaitė called the incident a "brutal act of terror".
