Lithuanian MP Pūkas breached oath, violated Constitution - court

Kęstutis Pūkas, a member of the Lithuanian parliament, violated the Constitution and breached oath when he allegedly sexually harassed his female assistant and young women who sought the job, the Constitutional Court ruled on Tuesday.
