Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė is putting the Council of Europe's Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence Against Women and Domestic Violence (Istanbul Convention) before the country's parliament for ratification, the presidential office confirmed it to BNS Lithuania on Thursday.
