Matijošaitis says he buys real estate legally

Šarūnas Matijošaitis, son of Kaunas Mayor Visvaldas Matijošaitis, claims that he follows all the real estate purchase procedures properly and calls recent reports on non-transparent schemes used by his family “rumours”.

“I buy real estate properties with the money I earn, I have been investing in real estate steadily and for quite a long time in Kaunas and across Lithuania,” he said in his press release.
