On Friday, President Gitanas Nausėda met with the head of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), Andrew Parsons.
In the meeting, Nausėda said that Lithuania supports the IPC’s decisions to suspend the national Paralympic committees and to ban athletes from countries that have waged an unprovoked and unjustified war in Europe, and that violate international law and human rights, the President’s Office said.
