Pagojus steps down from consumer watchdog chief, suspends SocDem membership

Julius Pagojus, a member of the ruling Lithuanian Social Democratic Party who has come under criticism for drunk driving and attempts to avoid penalty, has announced plans to step down from the post of director of the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority and suspend his LSDP membership.
