Lithuania should seek settlement with Poland over the dismantled railway tracks, as peaceful settlement would give an impetus to investments by Poland's PKN Orlen concern in the utility in Mazeikiai, northern Lithuania, and facilitate the implementation of energy and transport projects, says Tomasz Furman, reviewer for the Polish daily Rzeczpospolita.
