Russian citizen behind wheel of Lithuania-registered truck busted with migrants in France

The driver of the Lithuania-registered truck that was pulled over in France with 11 migrants aboard is a citizen of Russia, the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry confirmed to BNS on Wednesday.
