Seimas' speaker drops plans to go to Baku forum co-hosted by Putin

Loreta Graužinienė, the speaker of Lithuania's outgoing parliament, has changed her plans at the last minute and will not attend a Baku forum co-hosted by Russian President Vladimir Putin, the daily Lietuvos Žinios reported on Tuesday.
