Software linked with Russia has spying gaps - deputy defmin

Lithuania's cyber security specialists are currently searching for a replacement of the unsafe software used by state institutions. Linked with Russia, the software leaves gaps that allow system hacking, Defense Vice-Minister Edvinas Kerza said.
