'Three stages' of Lithuanian-Polish relationship

The Lithuanian-Polish relations are quite normal and do not need to be normalized, says Vilnius University lecturer Marijuš Antanovič. Instead, he adds, they need a renewal, because in their current situation they are best described as 'Cold Peace'.
