Top prosecutor to ask Seimas to strip MP Pūkas of immunity

Lithuanian Prosecutor General Evaldas Pašilis on Thursday will ask the Seimas to strip MP Kėstutis Pūkas of his immunity from criminal prosecution in a pre-trial investigation over allegations of sexual harassment and violation of the rules for keeping firearms.
