Ukraine's speaker calls for stronger cooperation in Baltic-Black Sea format

Ukraine's Parliamentary Speaker Andriy Parubiy has suggested stepping up cooperation in the format of countries of the Baltic and the Black Seas, also calling for Lithuanian support for visa-free travels to the European Union.
